Webinar: Company Car versus Cash Allowance and the rise of Private Lease  - which is right for your employees

  1. Company car versus Cash Allowance – taxation context – Presenter: BDO
  2. Company car versus Cash Allowance: how to decide – Presenters: Marc Van Eck – ALD International and Thor Konings – Athlon International
  3. Case study corporate client: how to use private lease in a corporate environment - Presenter: Daan Bieleveld - Royal DSM

Since years the company car has been seen as the ideal incentive towards taking a new job and with regard to salary benefits, as in many cases and countries the company car concept is beneficial for both the employee and the employer. Recently, however, employers and fleet managers are questioning to replace the company car by a cash or car allowance, steered by taxation, cost optimization and the increasing popularity of employee-based mobility. Also private lease is put in this equation.

This webinar will not only provide an insight on how to compare the attractiveness and cost-effectiveness of a company car with a cash or car allowance, but will also outline when and how private lease can be an asset in your corporate fleet and mobility strategy.
